Online scanner to scan a QR code with your camera through your browser. Activate the camera on your smartphone or computer, give the site access to your camera and point the camera at the QR code. A more detailed description and list of scanners for other formats is below.

This scanner is designed to scan QR codes directly from your browser without installing special applications on your smartphone. However, if you wish, you can install PWA applicationand then a button will appear on your desktop for quick access to this and other site tools. This code scanner works both on mobile devices and on your computer.
In order to scan a code using this application, in response to a request from the browser, grant the site access to your camera, without this scanning is not possible. If you accidentally denied access (rejected the request) try refreshing the page (reload) or check the settings for this site in your browser.
Once the camera is activated and you see what is in the camera lens on the screen, point the camera at the QR code. In some cases the scanner may not be able to read the code immediately, wait until the camera focuses on the image, move the camera away and bring it closer to the image again.
The code should fit completely into the screen, with indents on the sides of the code.
If nothing happens within 30 seconds, the following are possible causes of failure:
1. Your code is corrupted or incorrectly compiled 2. The code you are trying to scan is not a QR code, it has a different format. In this case, try to find the scanner for your code in the list of scanners.
In the scanner window, you can use the button to call up the scanner settings. In most cases there is no need to change anything in the settings, however, if you notice that the scanner is using the selfie camera when you try to scan, you can change the settings and select the main camera.
There is also a button to activate the flash if necessary. Pressing it activates the flash of your built-in camera on your smartphone.

No images from your camera are stored on our server, they are only used when you scan the code for the algorithms to find the code image and decrypt it.
