Phone number to call:
Insert the phone number in international format. For example, a Russian number in international format starts with the digit 7 (plus is not needed: 71111111111).
This code generator will help you to create a QR code with a phone number and a special command, which is designed to automatically insert the specified phone number into the call application. The person who scans the code will only have to confirm the call by pressing the call key.
It is worth keeping in mind that the expected effect - automatic transfer to the calling application and dialing a number - may not work in all cases. It depends on the specific scanner on a particular device - how the scanner processes commands. However, in most cases, standard scanners understand the special command correctly and after scanning such a code they immediately launch the calling application, the phone number is already entered. Our tests with scanners installed on different smartphones confirm this.
However, for example, our online code scanner, which works through a browser without installing an app on your smartphone, will not immediately launch the calling app. After scanning, it will show the phone number on the screen and ask you to confirm the call by pressing a button. Only by tapping on which, the calling app will open and in this case too - the phone number will already be entered. Some other scanners may behave in the same way.
To create a QR code, enter a phone number in international format. You do not need to specify the initial character "+" (plus), hyphens and brackets. For example, Russian phone numbers in international format always start with the country code (7) and can look like this: 79000000000. You specify only digits, and the program will substitute the necessary symbols by itself.
